If you could create a "dream persona" for any setting you wished, what would it be, what would you do, why?

Personally, I'd want to try out being a cowboy, like Slim from of Mice and Men, just because 1. Cowboys are awesome, and 2. Slim is awesome, and 3. I like brown?
